Last time I asked for fic recs you guys really came through (your disturbed!Sirius recs kept me busy for days) so I'm asking again, this time for Snape/Lily. I've read fics by Didodikali and Azazello so anything new would be appreciated. *g*

katiescarlet got here ahead of me - but Lily/Severus is my OTP, and I just replaced the old, nonexistent captain on the FA Sevily thread. It's an unofficial situation, but hey.

My favorite Lily/Severus story, and one of my top fanfics altogether, is There Is No Such Place (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/728988/1/) by Liz Barr. BUT it's an abandoned WIP, left off horribly, and lizbee will probably hate me forever if she found out I was recommending it. So shhh.

Next, is another WIP but the author's sworn a blood oath to finish it. Their relationship hasn't even started yet, but it's good because the author's taking her time with it...it holds great promise. Dark Side of the Moon (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2109915/1/) by Jean Farwig.

Besides those two...I know a bunch of one-shots or two-chapter deals. See my favorites (http://www.fanfiction.net/u/307035/) - a good percentage of them are Lily/Severus oriented. That is indeed my own one-shot at the top of the list...I made it a little bitter than it originally was recently, but still. *shrugs* I want to write another sometime called No Tears for Spilt Potions (and YES, that title is most certainly copyrighted. ;-) ).

i have to say i love you right now, long time snape/lily fan, long time being disappointed but although i have nothing new to rec that someone else hasn't [definitely read There Is No Such Place even if it's an unfinished WIP, the writing is spectacular and i love the authors portayal of slytherin house and house poltitcs] but you are simply amazing for having people rec stuff just as i was in a desperate search for snape/lily so many thanks.

also i'm tentatively hoping to start a few snape/lily myself so i may drop back with a link at a later date!
