Help me out here...

My Christmas shopping is almost done. I managed to find things for my step mother, my Dad, my sister-in-law and my impossible to shop for brother (I'm really proud of that one, my brother has everything and is a pain to shop for every year). The only gift I don't have is something for my mother, who like my brother, has everything-- times 2.

All I wanted to find was a gift set of assorted teas, preferably from around the world, and a nice cup to go with it. So after hours online did I find such a thing? Not for under $100 I didn't. *cries*

So...if anyone can point me to a website that has what I'm looking for, I would be grateful. My Mom is Scottish so I suppose some nice food from home would be nice too. Help me please! Um, pretty please?
